Career Background

Gary Tremaine brings more than 20 years of experience in retail real estate representing local, regional and national tenants and landlords. He also assists with the development of regional shopping centers. Tremaine also has extensive experience in tenant and landlord representation of office and industrial properties, as well as buyer and seller representation of investment, industrial, office, multi-family and land. Prior to joining DCG, Tremaine was an associate director with Cushman & Wakefield Commerce where he specialized in the sale, purchase and leasing of retail properties. He has also previously worked with NAI Alliance and CB Richard Ellis.

Professional Affiliations & Designations

Gary is heavily involved in the Northern Nevada community serving as a board member and coach in the local Cal Ripken youth baseball league. He is also a member of the American Cowboy Team Roping Association and is a State of Nevada purchasing agent for Ducks Unlimited.
