MEI Rigging & Crating’s Reno location has leased 161,200 square feet at 500 Denmark Drive, located within the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRI). DCG’s Multifamily team, Gerrit Hillebrand, CCIM, and Dominick Hoover, recently represented the seller in the $1,350,000 investment sale of 228 Stewart Street. The 4,822-square-foot, eight-unit multifamily property is located in Midtown near Holcomb Avenue.

Reyman Brothers Construction purchased the parcel for $1,250,000. The property offers convenient access to Carson City's primary thoroughfare, Carson Street, Highway 395, and Highway 50, all within a one-mile radius.

Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, Principal at DCG, represented the seller in the disposition of a 2,596-square-foot, free-standing medical office building at 2435 Sutro Street. Tom Fennell, SIOR, CCIM, represented the buyers, L M Weiss Family Trust, who acquired the investment property for $882,640. The building was 100% leased to Western Vet Partners, operating as Fairgrounds Animal Hospital.Western Veterinary Partners is a veterinarian-focused support organization serving practices nationwide. Gary Tremaine of DCG facilitated the $1,350,000 transaction between the seller, T&T Lawns Plus LLC, and the buyer, Valdivia Family LLC, for the 1610 and 1630 Pittman Avenue properties. The transaction includes a 2,280-square-foot office/warehouse and an adjacent 0.32-acre lot, with building plans for a 5,000-square-foot office or warehouse. DCG's industrial team and principal, Tom Fennell, represented the landlord, Byars Properties, in leasing 7770 Security Circle, a 3.72-acre industrial property with a 4,340 square-foot office and 4,000 square-foot service repair building located in the North Valleys submarket. The tenant, Pokrajac Corporation, is an established general engineering contractor in the region, specializing in excavation, grading, paving, public works, and utilities. The company will use the property as a new satellite facility to support its Reno-Sparks operations.
DCG Industrial facilitated the sale of 4935 Energy Way, representing the seller, Kerak Shriners. The 14,000-square-foot industrial building had been owned and occupied by Kerak Shriners, the Reno chapter of Shriners International, since 1980. The Shriners will be relocating within Reno to optimize their footprint while utilizing the proceeds of the sale to further invest in their mission of providing medical aid to children in need. Thank you to Bryan Gardner and John Hart for representing the buyer, Vasko Electric, who will be making renovations to the building which will serve as Vasko's new Reno headquarters. 
Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, Principal at DCG, represented the buyer, Sage Warren Way LLC, in acquiring a 3,846-square-foot office building at 3855 Warren Way for $1,185,600. Sage Warren Way LLC plans to utilize the garden office as an expansion location for their Sage Health Services business, an organization dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other diagnoses that respond well to ABA.
