Tom Fennell, SIOR, CCIM, along with Joel Fountain, SIOR, Nick Knecht, CCIM, and Baker Krukow, CCIM of DCG Industrial successfully facilitated the sale of 2999 Waltham Way, a 20,525 sq. ft. light manufacturing building on 5.25 acres. The property was purchased by owner-user, Trident Enterprises, who will be utilizing the facility to manufacture and distribute livestock fencing products. DCG Multifamily specialist Gerrit Hillebrand, CCIM, represented the seller, MJD Development, LLC, in the $7,000,000 sale of a 29,070-square-foot, 38-unit apartment building at 1301 Stardust Street. The recently renovated property was 94.74% occupied at the time of purchase, with a vacancy rate of 5.26%.The asset is situated on 0.849 acres in the Old Northwest Reno submarket and offers direct access to Interstate 80 via the Keystone Avenue exit. The space is located within the newly constructed RED Entertainment District, a multifamily apartment complex featuring street-level retail, along South Virginia Street.Country Creamery is a locally owned and operated artisan-style ice cream shop known for its handmade offerings. The property was 92% occupied at the time of sale and traded at a 4.92% cap rate.
