The 7,280-square-foot, 12-unit multifamily property is located at the north end of the Wells Neighborhood, near Reno's Midtown District. The property was 92% occupied at the time of sale and traded at a 4.92% cap rate.

The shopping center offers strong visibility, situated directly off Highway 395 via the North Red Rock Road exit, and neighbors the newly developed 290-unit Copper Mesa Apartments.  The Starbucks Coffee Company currently operates 17,015 locations across the United States, with 294 locations now in Nevada.
