The property was sold to a local group for $1,725,000 ($94/PSF).The sale included three freestanding buildings totaling 18,338 square feet of retail and office space, as well as a retail pad. At the time of sale, the tenant mix included Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry, Mason Valley Physical Therapy, USDA, High Desert Floor Covering & Desert Engineering, Tailgaters Sports Bar, and Coffee Slingers.
