DCG’s office team, Dominic Brunetti and Patrick Riggs, represented the seller in the $4,510,665 sale of 595 Double Eagle Court, an 18,964 square foot office building in South Meadows.The DCG team originally helped the out-of-state owner acquire the property for an owner-user plan. When those plans changed, they shifted focus to leasing up the building, which was about 48% vacant at the time.The team completed a full overhaul of the property by filling two vacant suites, backfilling another suite with an expanding tenant, and successfully renewing another tenant, bringing the building to 100% occupancy before going to market. At closing, the building was fully leased to Spanish Springs Construction, BSM Consulting, and CCMSI (Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc).Located in the premier South Meadows submarket, the two-story professional office building offers proximity to Interstate 580 and major lifestyle and retail amenities, including South Reno Athletic Club, Renown Health, Whole Foods, and Starbucks, among others.
DCG’s Dominic Brunetti and Spencer Uppal congratulate Plenium Builders on their acquisition of 3760 Barron Way. The 26,876-square-foot flex-industrial property marks a headquarters relocation and expansion for Plenium. Founded in Northern Nevada, Plenium is a general contractor specializing in high-quality commercial buildings and custom homes throughout the western United States, namely Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado."Plenium Builders' new location at 3760 Barron Way...provides the company with a new headquarters, an investment in its employees, clients, industry partners, and the overall Western Nevada region. DCG's Taylor Cain represented the seller in the $1.65M disposition of 770 South Wells Avenue, formerly, Taco John's. The 2,129-square-foot free-standing retail building was occupied by the popular fast-food restaurant Taco John’s until its recent closure in December 2025. The new buyer, DRR Properties (Roberto’s Taco Shop), will now occupy the drive-thru restaurant, marking this their seventh location in the region.  Located along highly trafficked South Wells Avenue, the property offers strong visibility, proximity to Interstate 80, and neighbors 7-Eleven, Sinclair Gas, and a variety of eateries.
DCG Principal Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, and Associate Josh Menante represented the tenant, VIP Powerline Corp., in the lease of 8521 White Fir Street, Unit C2, a 4,150-square-foot industrial flex unit with fenced yard space. VIP Powerline Corp. is an electrical contracting company specializing in high-voltage distribution and transmission based in Victoria, British Columbia and San Leandro, California. The space is located in West Reno’s industrial submarket, with convenient access to I-80 and S. McCarran Blvd.
DCG’s Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, Josh Menante, and Magalee Curiel Lomeli represented the seller, Bridge Street Properties LLC, in the disposition of the Copper Pointe Business Center on Bridge St. in Yerington, Nevada. The property was sold to a local group for $1,725,000 ($94/PSF).The sale included three freestanding buildings totaling 18,338 square feet of retail and office space, as well as a retail pad. At the time of sale, the tenant mix included Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry, Mason Valley Physical Therapy, USDA, High Desert Floor Covering & Desert Engineering, Tailgaters Sports Bar, and Coffee Slingers.
DCG Principals Dominic Brunetti and Chris Shanks represented the seller, Greater Nevada Credit Union (Greater Nevada Credit Union), in the $2.4M sale of a 5,204 sq. ft. financial services branch situated on 1.94 acres at 6745 Sierra Center Parkway. The freestanding building is located in the Sierra Town Center, a premier retail center offering excellent visibility along S. Virginia Street, anchored by Target and surrounded by Home Depot, DSW and Starbucks. GNCU will stay in the building long term, continuing to serve its strong S. Reno member base in this branch.

The property is located on Victorian Avenue, a major thoroughfare within the Sparks corridor, and is visible from Interstate 80.Ocean Crab currently operates four locations in California, including Clovis, Stockton, Sacramento, and Elk Grove, and is excited to expand into Northern Nevada and bring its Louisiana-style seafood concept to Sparks.

The two-story professional office building is located off Gateway Drive in the South Meadows submarket, providing direct access to Interstate 580 and a range of amenities within the South Meadows Promenade.The tenant, Bluetree Dental DBA Carefree Practice Resources LLC, is a multi-specialty, multi-branded dental group based in Reno, Nevada, with affiliate practices in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and California. Bluetree will utilize the space for administration and executive offices.
DCG’s Isabelle Neary and Magalee Curiel Lomeli represented the tenant, Shaded NV, in the lease of 979 Pyramid Way, Suite 101. The 820 square foot retail space will become the first brick-and-mortar location for longtime local spray tan artist Kira Fuqua, with plans to open later this year.

The transaction included two multi-tenant flex industrial buildings totaling 25,554 square feet in South Reno. The two buildings comprise 12 units and were 93% occupied at time of sale and DCG/Hansen will market the available 2,010 SF warehouse vacancy for lease.

The sale honors a prior philanthropic gift and supports the Melanoma Research Foundation’s mission, with proceeds funding melanoma research and patient education initiatives.
