Panattoni Development

The DCG team did a remarkable job of working with Panattoni on the most complex land assemblage we have been involved in within northern Nevada. Considering the overall required timeline of the project, the disparate uses on individual parcels including some residential properties, and the fact that the entitlement process was taking place simultaneously, it is truly extraordinary that we concurrently closed on all the sites and met the required delivery date for the ultimate end user.

Questor Corporation

Working with the team at DCG made all the difference to a very successful outcome. This particular transaction presented some unique challenges and at every step along the way, from the original listing to the final close, Tom, Joel, Baker, and Nick, provided keen insights, pragmatic advice, and deft negotiating skills, never once letting even the smallest detail slip. And they are an absolute pleasure to work with. We’ve interacted with multiple commercial real estate brokers this year and DCG’s professionalism and acumen put them head and shoulders above others.

Community Foundation

DCG did an outstanding job of maximizing net proceeds while performing a thorough listing process on behalf of our ownership group. They went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly and according to plan. This sale will exponentially increase available funding for foster youth scholarships in our region. The property was gifted to the Foundation to fund scholarships for foster youth through a bequest. I’m positive that this sale will increase the available funding far beyond the donor’s greatest dreams.

Fennemore Law

Tom Fennell and his team at DCG assisted us in locating new office space for Fennemore’s Reno office. Tom’s tremendous knowledge of the market allowed us to identify potential space as well as to negotiate favorable terms. Throughout the process Tom was diligent and detail-oriented. This is definitely a five-star review of Tom and the rest of the team at DCG.
