Career Background

Patrick Riggs is a Northern Nevada native and graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Before transitioning into real estate, he worked in financial services, helping clients with investment strategies and retirement planning. During that time, he earned his Nevada Life Insurance license and passed the Series 65 exam to become a licensed investment advisor.

Since joining Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) in 2016, Patrick has specialized in office property sales, leasing, and investment transactions across Northern Nevada. Patrick has completed over 300 sales and leasing transactions, representing a wide range of clients—from private investors and local businesses to institutional landlords and national firms. Patrick is proud to work closely with many of the largest office property owners in the region, providing strategic guidance backed by deep market knowledge and a commitment to long-term client success.
