The acquisitions included 541–545, 507, and 535 East 4th Street. The properties were purchased for a total of $2,155,000 and comprise a total of 16,023 square feet.
DCG’s Travis Hansen represented both parties in the sale of 165 S Maine Street in Fallon, Nevada, which sold for $887,500. The 10,500-square-foot retail building was constructed in 1904 and served as the longtime home of the I.H.
