DCG’s Gary Tremaine represented the landlord in leasing 2,465 square feet of retail space to Starbucks Coffee at 224 Silver Lake Road in North Valleys. The new retail development is currently pre-leasing space, with a scheduled completion in Q2 2025. The shopping center offers strong visibility, situated directly off Highway 395 via the North Red Rock Road exit, and neighbors the newly developed 290-unit Copper Mesa Apartments.  The Starbucks Coffee Company currently operates 17,015 locations across the United States, with 294 locations now in Nevada.

DCG’s Industrial team—Nick Knecht, Joel Fountain, and Baker Krukow—together with Tom Fennell, represented the seller in the $4,390,000 sale of 205 and 215 Lyon Drive, a 22,967 square foot industrial building on 4.7 acres of land. The buyer was an established multinational business in Fernley, undergoing expansion within the submarket. Located off Interstate 80, the property is adjacent to Fernley’s emerging 4,300-acre Victory Logistics District, a significant master-planned industrial development.
