DCG’s Travis Hansen represented the Buyer, EMR Land Co., LLC, in two separate acquisitions totaling four parcels along Reno’s East 4th Street. The acquisitions included 541–545, 507, and 535 East 4th Street. The properties were purchased for a total of $2,155,000 and comprise a total of 16,023 square feet.
DCG’s Travis Hansen represented both parties in the sale of 165 S Maine Street in Fallon, Nevada, which sold for $887,500. The 10,500-square-foot retail building was constructed in 1904 and served as the longtime home of the I.H. Kent Mercantile and Grocery Store.The Buyer, EMR Land Co., LLC, plans to renovate the property into a mixed-use retail and office building.
