Heidi grew up here in the Tahoe/Reno area acquiring a wealth of local knowledge of the real estate industry including developing and managing retail shopping centers in Reno, Hawaii and Alaska areas as well as high end residential in the Bay area of California.

DCG’s land team, Heidi Chisholm and David Geddes, represented the buyer in the $1,415,000 acquisition of 7800 North Virginia Street in Golden Valley. The 3.8-acre parcel is conveniently situated along US Hwy 395 North and highly traveled North Virginia Street. It has an industrial overlay and is zoned for mixed-use suburban, allowing various uses.

DCG’s Land Team, Heidi Chisholm and David Geddes represented the seller in the disposition of three vacant parcels in Fernley, Nevada. CIP Energy LLC acquired the 520 acres for $1,200,000. The land is located within an Opportunity Zone in Lyon County, adjacent to two prominent large-scale residential developments, BC Ranch and Sage Ridge Estates.

DCG represented both the buyer and seller of 1605 Highway 95A in Fernley, Nevada. The 39.18-acre industrial land parcel sold for $2,450,000.
