DCG’s Patrick Riggs represented the buyer, MFA Properties, LLC, in acquiring a 6,063-square-foot garden office at 835 Maestro Drive. The owner-user, MFA Properties, LLC, purchased the vacant property for $2,050,000, where they plan to occupy their business. Located just south of the new Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Campus, the office provides easy accessibility to Interstate 580 via Longley Lane.

Joel Fountain, Nick Knecht, and Baker Krukow of DCG’s Industrial team represented the landlord in leasing the 4,000-square-foot suite at 250 Logan Lane, part of a newly built 8,000-square-foot flex-industrial building at Logan Lane Business Park. Thank you to Christian Stolo for representing the tenant, Black & White Appliances, with their expansion into Fernley, where they will provide appliance sales and repair services to the community.
Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, Principal at DCG, represented the seller in the disposition of a 2,596-square-foot, free-standing medical office building at 2435 Sutro Street. Tom Fennell, SIOR, CCIM, represented the buyers, L M Weiss Family Trust, who acquired the investment property for $882,640. The building was 100% leased to Western Vet Partners, operating as Fairgrounds Animal Hospital.Western Veterinary Partners is a veterinarian-focused support organization serving practices nationwide. In Northern Nevada, Fairgrounds Animal Hospital provides comprehensive medical care for pets at all life stages, supported by a team of experienced veterinarians and staff.
Gary Tremaine of DCG facilitated the $1,350,000 transaction between the seller, T&T Lawns Plus LLC, and the buyer, Valdivia Family LLC, for the 1610 and 1630 Pittman Avenue properties. The transaction includes a 2,280-square-foot office/warehouse and an adjacent 0.32-acre lot, with building plans for a 5,000-square-foot office or warehouse. Strategically located in the industrial Sparks submarket, the properties offer convenient access to Rock Boulevard and Interstate 80.
DCG's industrial team and principal, Tom Fennell, represented the landlord, Byars Properties, in leasing 7770 Security Circle, a 3.72-acre industrial property with a 4,340 square-foot office and 4,000 square-foot service repair building located in the North Valleys submarket. The tenant, Pokrajac Corporation, is an established general engineering contractor in the region, specializing in excavation, grading, paving, public works, and utilities. The company will use the property as a new satellite facility to support its Reno-Sparks operations.
DCG Industrial facilitated the sale of 4935 Energy Way, representing the seller, Kerak Shriners. The 14,000-square-foot industrial building had been owned and occupied by Kerak Shriners, the Reno chapter of Shriners International, since 1980. The Shriners will be relocating within Reno to optimize their footprint while utilizing the proceeds of the sale to further invest in their mission of providing medical aid to children in need. Thank you to Bryan Gardner and John Hart for representing the buyer, Vasko Electric, who will be making renovations to the building which will serve as Vasko's new Reno headquarters.

Sage Warren Way LLC plans to utilize the garden office as an expansion location for their Sage Health Services business, an organization dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other diagnoses that respond well to ABA.

DCG’s Investment Team, Principal Chris Shanks, CCIM, and Matt DeRicco, as well as Principal Tom Fennell, SIOR, CCIM, successfully represented the seller in the $2,350,000 disposition of 1195 Kietzke Lane to CKE Restaurants, Inc., with a cap rate of 5.13%.Carl’s Jr. exercised their option to purchase the property and will occupy the 4,227-square-foot building until June 2026. Its prime location features high visibility along the major thoroughfares, Kietzke Lane and Vassar Street, and offers convenient access to Interstate 580 in central Reno. Carl’s Jr. Restaurant is owned by CKE Restaurants, with over 3,800 locations in 44 states and 43 foreign countries.
