DCG's Investment team, Chris Shanks, represented the landlord, and Taylor Cain represented the tenant at 2780 Northtowne Lane, leasing Suite 101 to Dunkin' Donuts. This 1,400-square-foot retail space is ideally located in the bustling Northtowne Shopping Center along highly traveled North McCarran Boulevard. 

Dunkin' Donuts, the nation's largest coffee and doughnut brand, is expanding its Northern Nevada footprint with its new Northtowne location slated to open by 2026. This addition follows their existing establishments at Legends Mall, Damonte Ranch Parkway, and the 7th Street Walmart. The coffee giant joins other national tenants such as Wingstop, Cold Stone Creamery, Little Caesars Pizza, and CVS Company.
