At DCG, Krahne manages a medical office portfolio exceeding one million square feet. She provides comprehensive services across marketing, leasing, property operations, and construction management. Her client base includes numerous private healthcare groups and hospital systems throughout Reno and Las Vegas.

Krahne previously served as Senior Vice President of DCG Healthcare, a specialized division focused exclusively on healthcare real estate. During her 17-year career exclusively working in the healthcare real estate space, she has distinguished herself as an industry leader in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of medical office and healthcare-related properties. Her expertise spans leasing strategy, property management, and oversight of tenant improvements, making her a trusted advisor to both landlords and tenants.

Known for her integrated and strategic approach, Krahne combines extensive transactional knowledge with hands-on project execution. This holistic perspective ensures her clients receive seamless support from initial lease negotiations through to project completion. Her insight into market dynamics and the unique demands of healthcare real estate positions her as a leading voice in the sector.

In addition to her professional achievements, Krahne is actively involved in the Northern Nevada community. She serves on the board of Step2, a Reno-based nonprofit that provides treatment and support for women recovering from substance use disorder. She also co-authored a chapter titled “Building Out an Urgent Care Center” in The Textbook of Urgent Care Management by Dr. John Shufeldt.
