Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) announced the relocation and expansion of its headquarters to 6140 Plumas Street, Suite 100, Reno, Nevada. The move marks an important milestone in the firm’s continued growth following nearly a decade in Downtown Reno.
DCG will occupy the first floor of the building in the Meadowood Submarket, a location that accommodates the firm’s expanded operations and evolving space needs. The move reflects DCG’s growth as a full-service commercial real estate firm serving clients throughout Northern Nevada.
Over the past decade, DCG has expanded its platform beyond brokerage services to include property and facilities management, allowing the firm to provide a more comprehensive suite of services across sales, leasing, and asset operations.
“We’re excited to move into a space that allows our brokerage, property management, and accounting teams to operate together on one floor,” said Tom Fennell, Principal at DCG. “This new location better supports how our teams work together and positions us for continued growth.”
Today, DCG comprises more than 50 professionals, including seven principals and 22 agents—four with SIOR designations and five with CCIM designations—along with a 15-person property management team, all supported by eight staff members. The firm has completed more than 2,500 transactions totaling over $5 billion in volume, and its management division oversees more than 12 million square feet of commercial real estate across Northern Nevada.
DCG’s continued growth is driven by its long-term commitment to clients, its collaborative culture, and its deep ties to the Northern Nevada business community.
