DCG Represents Barnes & Noble in 600k+ SF South Reno Lease Renewal

DCG Principal Scott Shanks, SIOR, along with Industrial Team members Joel Fountain, SIOR, Nick Knecht, CCIM, and Baker Krukow, CCIM, represented Barnes & Noble in a lease renewal with landlord Prologis at 12660 Old Virginia Road in South Reno. The national bookseller renewed its 601,506-square-foot West Coast distribution center. 

The facility, located off Damonte Ranch Parkway along Interstate 580, serves as Barnes & Noble’s primary distribution hub for the western United States, supporting logistics for both in-store restocking and online order fulfillment.

The renewal reinforces Barnes & Noble’s long-term commitment to Northern Nevada and highlights the region’s strength as a strategic logistics and distribution hub for major national occupiers.
