DCG’s Investment team, led by Chris Shanks, represented the seller in the $32,750,000 disposition of Round Hill Square Shopping Center located at 212 Elks Point Road near South Lake Tahoe’s Stateline. The Greenbriar Lane LLC purchased the 115,984-square-foot retail shopping center with 99.67% occupancy at the time of sale.
Located near Lake Tahoe’s famous Zephyr Cove and Nevada Beach, and less than two miles from the lake’s largest concentration of hotels and casinos at Stateline, the center is anchored by national tenants including Safeway, USPS, Dollar Tree, Wells Fargo, and Anytime Fitness.
