DCG’s Travis Hansen represented both parties in the sale of 165 S Maine Street in Fallon, Nevada, which sold for $887,500. The 10,500-square-foot retail building was constructed in 1904 and served as the longtime home of the I.H. Kent Mercantile and Grocery Store.

The Buyer, EMR Land Co., LLC, plans to renovate the property into a mixed-use retail and office building.
