DCG’s retail team, Gary Tremaine and Amanda Brierton recently represented the Landlord of Winners Crossing in leasing suites A and B, comprising 1,965± square feet of retail space located at 7689 South Virginia Street.  Ty-Co LLC DBA The Office is a new business that will offer golf simulation and gaming.  

The Office will be joining other Tenants in this center, including Napa Sonoma, Audio Express, The Parlor, Butchers Kitchen Char-B-Que, Num Num Boba and many others.  Suite E is the last remaining space in this shopping center, offering 1,380± square feet of retail space.
