DCG’s retail team, Gary Tremaine and Amanda Brierton represented the Landlord in leasing 650 East Prater Way. The 19,370 square foot retail space was leased to The Salvation Army.  This will be their 3rd location within the Reno/Sparks market.

The Salvation Army is a Christian-led workforce whose ultimate goal is to help those in need without discrimination. Widely known for their thrift stores, the Salvation Army focuses on helping their communities through rent assistance, donation, and volunteering, among many things.
