DCG’s Gary Tremaine represented the landlord in leasing Suite 200 at 5280 Longley Lane. Fight Frequency, a local martial arts studio, leased the 1,202-square-foot retail space. Located in the Meadowood submarket, the Longley Town Centre offers various other retailers, such as Hinoki Sushi, La Posada Real Restaurant and Bar, The Source Dispensary, Starbucks, and Jimmy John’s.
