DCG Principals Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Scott Shanks, SIOR along with DCG’s industrial team; Joel Fountain, Baker Krukow and Nick Knecht represented the buyer, MRKT, LLC in the $1,200,000 acquisition at 8565 White Fir Street. 

The 6,984 square foot building was purchased to help expand Brewer’s Cabinet and their production facilities in West Reno. 

The Brewer’s Cabinet is a Reno-based Nano-Brewpub designed with the idea of creating fresh, exciting and unique beers for the Reno/Tahoe area.
