DCG’s Principal Tom Fennell, SIOR, CCIM represented the landlord of 175 Salomon Circle in leasing  Suite 101, bringing the building to 100% occupancy. Sierra Nevada Construction, Inc. (SNC) will now occupy the 2,562-square-foot office space located at the Vista Blvd on/off ramp to Interstate 80 in Sparks, Nevada. 

The two-story office building is located 10 minutes east of Downtown Reno and only 15 minutes west of the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, making it the closest office building in Reno/Sparks to TRI.
