DCG Industrial facilitated the sale of 4935 Energy Way, representing the seller, Kerak Shriners. The 14,000-square-foot industrial building had been owned and occupied by Kerak Shriners, the Reno chapter of Shriners International, since 1980. The Shriners will be relocating within Reno to optimize their footprint while utilizing the proceeds of the sale to further invest in their mission of providing medical aid to children in need.
