DCG (Dickson Commercial Group) arranged the $1.55 million investment sale at 240 Linden Street, a 65-unit self-storage facility with an additional 6,043 square feet of office space. DCG’s Principal Tom Fennell, SIOR, CCIM, alongside DCG’s Investment Team, Matt DeRicco, and Chris Shanks, CCIM, represented the seller. The buyer, REA Properties, LLC, was represented by DCG’s Senior Vice President, Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM.
The centrally located 20,993-square-foot self-storage facility includes 65, 23×10 foot units and was 100% occupied at the time of sale. The buyer plans on making capital improvements to the facility, which will assist in bringing rates current with the market over time.
