DCG Principal Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM represented the Buyer, Occidental Financial Corp., in the $7.75 million acquisition of 892 and 898 Maestro Drive. The transaction included two multi-tenant flex industrial buildings totaling 25,554 square feet in South Reno. The two buildings comprise 12 units and were 93% occupied at time of sale and DCG/Hansen will market the available 2,010 SF warehouse vacancy for lease.
