Shelby's background encompasses executive support, operations, and client services. With more than a decade of experience in streamlining systems, managing cross-functional teams, and solving problems preemptively, she is well-prepared for her role. Before joining DCG, she supported C-suite leadership in both corporate and personal capacities and held key operational positions in real estate, escrow, and business development.

She holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Women's Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno. Organized, resourceful, and always ready to tackle new challenges, Shelby is the go-to person when something needs to be done—and done right.
