    SAINT MARY'S REGIONAL
    MEDICAL CENTER

    The Saint Mary’s Center for Health is Reno’s Class A trophy medical asset in the community. It is the cornerstone of the west campus expansion for Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, providing the gateway for the entrance to the campus. Situated on 5.6 acres, it includes approximately 200,000 gross square feet in a six-story plus basement building with an attached parking facility providing 1,100 spaces.

    NORTHERN NEVADA SIERRA
    MEDICAL CENTER

    Currently under construction on the new Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center campus, the Sierra Medical Office Building will open in Fall 2022. The 87,000 square foot, three-story, Class A medical office building will offer suites ranging from 1,200 SF to 29,000 SF. 

    Sierra Nevada Medical Center is the first full-service hospital to be built in the last 100 years in the Reno-Sparks area. Opened in April of 2022, this 350,000-square-foot hospital contains 170 private beds, each in a customizable room to cater to each patient’s specific needs.
