Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) announces Tom Fennell, CCIM and principal, as one of 10 national CCIM’s Rising Star Awards recipients. The award is given to commercial real estate professionals 30 years and younger, who are recognized for changing the dynamics of the commercial real estate industry. CCIM Institute is commercial real estate’s most influential professional organization, with members closing $200 billion annually in commercial real estate deals. CCIM designees come from a variety of professional backgrounds including brokerage, banking, property management, law, and accounting. Each year, CCIM nationally recognizes 10 designees who are successfully navigating an industry experiencing relentless change, while adhering to their core beliefs of personal growth, service and community. The recipients exemplify the change in generational values and culture for the profession. As principal at DCG, Fennell along with his other partners, helps manage DCG’s team of commercial leasing, sales and property management advisors. Named one of Nevada Business magazine’s “Top Commercial Real Estate Brokers” in 2015, and earning his CCIM designation in 2016, Fennell is active in the community and a member of several organizations, including: Nevada Bighorns Unlimited, University of Nevada, Reno College of Business Advisory Board, Rotary Club of Reno, and the Nevada Wounded Heroes Hunt.
