Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center is constructed on 11.2 acres. The 195,000 square foot, multi-tenant building features a 30’ clear height, 50’ x 50’ column spacing and an ESFR fire suppression system. Currently, there is space available with 9,000 sf to 63,000 sf divisibility.

Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center is owned by Ingenuity 200 Industrial, LLC and developed by Panattoni Development Company, with Tectonics Design Group as the architect and Alston Construction as the general contractor.
