Director of DCG’s Commercial Property Management, Corry Castaneda has completed the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. The CPM is a real estate professional designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The Institute offers a comprehensive program developed exclusively for property and asset managers working with large portfolios of all property types. The designation is considered to be among the industry’s premier real estate management credentials. There are over 8,600 professional real estate managers who hold this designation worldwide. CPM members manage approximately $900 billion in real estate assets.
Corry joined the company from CBRE in 2015 to run the property management division at DCG.
Some key growth milestones are increased property management revenue by an average of 38 percent YOY and increased square feet, managed to nearly 3 million square feet in northern Nevada.
Castaneda serves as Director of Property Management for DCG, bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate, building maintenance, and property management experience to the team. Castaneda’s role is an integral part of the business expansion for DCG as the company increases its focus on commercial property management.
