Dickson Commercial Group completes investment sale of office property in South Reno

Reno, Nev. – Tom Fennell with Dickson Commercial Group represented the seller of the office space located at 500 Damonte Ranch Parkway, which sold for $1.4 million. The property is located in the South Meadows submarket and adjacent to the Barnes and Noble distribution center, spans 9,622 sq. ft., in size.  Current tenants of the property include the Secretary of State and the Bauserman Group.
