DCG’s Retail Team; Gary Tremaine and Amanda Brierton Have Recently Assisted in Leasing Three Spaces in the Reno-Sparks Area.

The Retail team assisted the Landlord at 465 South Meadows in leasing a 1,200 square foot space.  The new tenant, 160 Driving Academy, will be a welcome addition to Double Diamond Town Center, joining Flowing Tide, State Farm, Michael’s Deli and many more retail businesses.  160 Driving Academy offers a training program for students wanting to earn their Class A commercial driver’s license.

Gary and Amanda also represented the landlord in leasing their last remaining space at 616 Victorian Avenue, 1,300 square feet for Easton Photo Co. This will be Easton Photo Co.’s first brick and mortar location, offering photographic prints services to local businesses and families alike.

DCG’s Retail team also represented the tenant, Vertical Barre, in securing a 1,680 square foot space located at 1350 Stardust Street, Suite B. Vertical Barre is a dance studio that offers a variety of different fitness classes including pole-dance, yoga, and barre.
