DCG’s office team; Dominic Brunetti, CCIM, and Scott Shanks, SIOR represented the tenant, Sierra Smiles Management Group in leasing 4,100 square feet at 5455 Kietzke Lane. Built in 2008, the freestanding office is located in the Meadowood submarket near the newly developed Village at Rancharrah.
