DCG’s Office, Multifamily and Retail teams were recognized as winners of The Builders Association of Northern Nevada 2021 Vacancy Forecast.  

Every year BANN gives the Northern Nevada Commercial Real Estate firms a chance to forecast the vacancy rate for that particular year. 

Trevor Richardson and Chris Moton of DCG Multifamily forecasted the multifamily vacancy rate for 2021 to be 2.24%. 

Dominic Brunetti, Scott Shanks, SIOR, and Patrick Riggs of DCG Office forecasted a 10.1% vacancy rate. 

Gary Tremaine and Amanda Brierton of DCG Retail forecasted a 6.9% vacancy rate for 2021.

The Builders Association of Northern Nevada is the largest construction trade association in the state, representing about 500 member companies.
