DCG’s office team; Dominic Brunetti, CCIM, and Scott Shanks, SIOR, along with the land team; Dennis Bradley, and Heidi Chisholm represented the seller, Bruce Investment Group LLC of the 57.15-acre parcel along Highland Ranch Parkway and Pyramid Highway in northern Sparks, Nevada.
The parcel is located directly across from the new 5 Ridges Development. Currently under construction, the new development is planned for 1,200 – 1,800 single-family homes with 126 townhomes; road widening is also planned after the 700th home is complete.
Just east of Pyramid Highway, the Kiley Ranch development is home to nearly 1,700 residents with over 4,440 residential units approved for construction.
Maverik Fuels Adventures also plans to develop a new gas station at the northwest intersection of Pyramid Highway and Highland Ranch Parkway to conveniently assist the new residents in the area. The remaining 9 acres on the southwest corner of the intersection will lend itself to future development of neighborhood amenities and will be listed on the market for sale soon.
