DCG’s Industrial team; Joel Fountain, SIOR, Baker Krukow, and Nick Knecht, and Tom Fennell, CCIM represented Mckenzie Properties in the acquisition of 2 land parcels located at Old Virginia Road and Interstate 580 in South Reno. The 2 parcels, totaling 24.82 acres of land, were sold to McKenzie Properties for $11,294,509 on April 1st, 2021. McKenzie plans to develop three industrial buildings totaling 400,000 square feet.
