The buyer, SJ Charles 650, LLC purchased the property consisting of a 600 square foot Industrial building on .241 acres of land. The industrial property sold for $398,700 and closed escrow on January 7th, 2021.

DCG’s industrial team also represented the tenant in the lease of 1283 Spice Island Drive. Humboldt Moving and Storage Co. leased 5,233 square feet of Industrial space.
