DCG is pleased to announce the recent industrial land sale in South Meadows. Joel Fountain, Nick Knecht, and Baker Krukow represented the buyer, McKenzie Properties in the land sale acquisition of 0 Double Diamond Pkwy and 0 Trademark Dr. The 6.4-acres, consisting of 2 vacant land parcels were purchased from Lainer Development on July 31st, 2020.

McKenzie Properties acquired the land with the intention to construct three new state of the art industrial buildings this fall.
