DCG’s Industrial team, Nick Knecht, CCIM, Joel Fountain, SIOR, and Baker Krukow, represented Sierra General for the sale of a 19,200-square-foot industrial build-to-suit at 635 Denmark Drive in McCarran, Nevada for tenant CMC Rebar, a nationwide Commercial Metals Company. The project is located within the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center, and included a standalone free span metal building equipped with multiple interior and exterior bridge cranes, on a 5-acre land parcel with a paved laydown yard area. The build-to-suit project was completed in late 2022 and took a little over a year to complete.
