DCG’s retail team, Gary Tremaine and Amanda Brierton, represented Rack 2 Roam in a recent lease transaction. They are the new tenant of 9728 South Virginia Street, Suite E, in South Meadows – a few doors down from Tesla’s Showroom. Rack 2 Roam is an outdoor specialty company that focuses on encouraging outside exploration. Their products consist of outdoor equipment racks and hitches, perfect for any outdoor adventure. They’re expecting their launch in June of 2021.
