DCG Principal Tom Fennell, CCIM, SIOR, represented Vantage Wealth Planning in acquiring an office condo unit at 3748 Lakeside Drive. The 1,472-square-foot freestanding office building was purchased for $482,500 and will be the new home of Vantage Wealth Planning’s offices. Founded by two Reno natives, Kyle McCann and Benson Mathews, Vantage Wealth Planning is a financial business that prides itself on its personal approach to wealth management and providing quality assurance.

Situated just south of Moana Lane in the Central Reno submarket, this office expansion will help support Vantage’s growth in the Reno market. The building was purchased in June 2023 and is currently undergoing interior tenant improvements performed by general contractor BLC Builders.
