The building and parking lot sold for a combined total of $3,636,738 to an undisclosed buyer. Located at the corner of 701 Kietzke Lane and 1525 Roberts Street, the Office/Retail building was a former Wells Fargo Bank branch and training facility with an additional parking lot containing 49 parking spaces. 

The DCG team conducted a marketing and bid process that resulted in multiple offers with a final sale price that exceeded the asking price by approximately 25% over the portfolio’s initial asking price.
