DCG Industrial broker Nick Knecht and DCG Principal, Tom Fennell, CCIM represented the ownership group, Sandbank Properties II LLC, in the sale of 7-acres of industrial land at 290 Logan Lane in Fernley, Nevada.
The parcel has freeway visibility and is adjacent to the new American Battery facility being constructed on Logan lane. The New Jersey-based buyer paid $850,000 for the parcel with plans to develop the site in 2022. 290 Logan Lane is also in close proximity to the newly developed Victory Logistics District, a master-planned 14 building, 9.8 million square foot industrial park in Fernley, and just 14 miles East of the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center.
