The two parcels, totaling 5.57 acres, sold for a total of $14,000,000. Grant’s Landing LLC purchased the property on December 3rd, 2021.

The property is zoned for Reno-Mixed-Use Downtown Riverwalk District (MD-RD) and is planned for a future multifamily development. The parcels are located on the south side of the Truckee River with the Greater Nevada Field directly to the north.
