Carl’s Jr. exercised their option to purchase the property and will occupy the 4,227-square-foot building until June 2026. Its prime location features high visibility along the major thoroughfares, Kietzke Lane and Vassar Street, and offers convenient access to Interstate 580 in central Reno.
