CCMH, LLC acquired the property consisting of a 6,051 square foot industrial building and a 1,581 square foot office building situated on 2.02 acres for $1,234,000.00 in early March.
The Buyer plans to occupy the property upon completion of a tenant improvement and the office building is leased to an environmental research company.
