DCG Represents Basin Street Properties in 3,600 SF Downtown Reno Office Lease

Dominic Brunetti and Patrick Riggs of DCG’s office team represented Basin Street Properties, the landlord, in leasing Suite 550 at 50 West Liberty Street. The new tenant, Abell Insurance Agency, will occupy the 3,600-square-foot Class A office suite. Abell Insurance Agency, also known as Northwestern Mutual, is an independent insurance agency based in Oregon, Wisconsin, offering various services, including auto, home, life, and business insurance. 

Basin Street Properties 50 West Liberty has two towers, one 12-story and one 4-story, connected by a large, professional lobby. Together, they are 249,349 square feet of Class A office space with panoramic views of the surrounding Sierra Mountains, Truckee Meadows, and downtown Reno.
