The new tenant, Abell Insurance Agency, will occupy the 3,600-square-foot Class A office suite. Abell Insurance Agency, also known as Northwestern Mutual, is an independent insurance agency based in Oregon, Wisconsin, offering various services, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.
