DCG is pleased to announce Northern Nevada Medical Group’s newest location at 1021 Steamboat Parkway, Suite 120, a newly developed multi-tenant office building. DCG Medical Group’s Jamie Krahne, represented the tenant, Northern Nevada Medical Group. 

The primary care medical facility is located directly off Damonte Ranch Parkway in the heart of South Meadows. Neighboring the Northern Nevada Medical Center’s outpatient physical therapy clinic, the new 8,000-square-foot clinic offers four medical providers who practice family and internal medicine. 

Just across Damonte Ranch Parkway are plans for new development, “Downtown Damonte.” The mixed-use development will bring up to 900 residential units, a 300,000-square-foot tech campus for Ridgeline Capital, and more than 244,000 square feet of retail, shopping, dining, and bars to south Reno.
