Gary Tremaine and Amanda Brierton represented the new tenant, BlueZone Sports in their 11,786 square foot lease at Reno Public Market (RPM) on Plumb Lane and South Virginia Street. 

BlueZone Sports is a company that prides itself on getting its customers set to take full advantage of their adventures. Native to the Sierra Nevadas, Blue Zone provides their customers with quality outdoor gear.

BlueZone Sports will join anchor tenants, Sprouts Farmers Market and CVS Pharmacy, within the Reno Public Market, a newly revamped development that will replace South MidTown’s Shoppers Square. RPM will be a modern take on a traditional farmer’s market concept, allowing customers to purchase fresh produce and craft beer in a local community atmosphere. 

RPM is located directly across Plumb Lane from another new development, the Reno Experience District, “RED”.  RED, is bringing over 1,300 new luxury apartments and 70,000+ square feet of retail space to the revitalized area.
